investment vehicle: Hopkins Fixed Rate Fund, L.L.C. (HFRF). This fund was especially designed for investors who
have a minimum of $5,000 available and would like to invest in loans securted by real estate. Your investment will be pooled with other individual investors
where your money will be invested in: |

of the loans and equity investments will be placed in Idaho and the Northwest.
