Hopkins Financial Services, Inc. is proud to introduce their newest investment vehicle: Hopkins Fixed Rate Fund, L.L.C. (HFRF). This fund was especially designed for investors who have a minimum of $5,000 available and would like to invest in loans secured by real estate. Your investment will be pooled with other individual investors where your money will be invested in:

Real Estate Secured Loans. (First position as well as subordinate position loans.)
Real Estate Equity Projects.
First position manufactured/ mobile home loans.

Hopkins Fixed Rate Fund, L.L.C. will fund throughout the United States, however, HFRF anticipates the majority of the loans and equity investments will be placed in Idaho and the Northwest.
Minimum Net Worth: $50,000 (excluding investor's residence)
Minimum Investment: $5,000.
Interest rates are subject to change and become fixed at time of investment.
Redeemable upon maturity or at death. This security is callable at HFRF discretion.
